Engagement Models

Zuna Infotech offers its clients a choice of engagement models depending on the objectives, processes and challenges faced by the client. All our engagement models offer transparency and visibility into the projects as well as predetermined communication processes supported by mature reporting and governance.

Our engagement models are flexible, and can be a blend of one or more of those mentioned below:

1. Total Project Outsourcing where Zuna takes full responsibility for delivery of the SLAs determined in the contract. Zuna has the talent to project manage the team, and undertake full responsibility of specific tasks / projects. This may involve building and managing an extended team as an extension of the client organization, working on projects as they come along, or managing a team assigned to specific project with pre-determined deliverables and schedules. The full scope of the relationship is defined in the SOW.

2. Task or Project-based Outsourcing where Zuna takes responsibility to build the right team for the client, reporting directly to the client manager. This team would ideally be located at the Zuna delivery center. Our value-add in this case is assigning a senior Zuna member for team management, improving operational and process efficiencies and helping the client meet the resourcing challenges for upcoming projects.

3. Resource Augmentation model where Zuna provides the teams with the right skills and experience to help augment the staffing needs of the clients. This is a T&M model, and could be for temporary pre-defined needs, or to deliver specific projects for the clients. This model helps the client meet their unpredictable resourcing needs without having to take on the additional burden of resource management and the related operational costs.

4. Building a low-cost captive center where Zuna builds and trains teams as required by our clients. These teams are effectively a low-cost IT-delivery center for the client run and managed by Zuna. The advantages to the client besides the cost optimization are:

  • Process Improvement
  • Availability of skilled resources
  • State of the art Infrastructure
  • No operational overheads
  • Ability to ramp up and down as required
  • In-built training and growth programs
  • Visibility, Transparency and Communication
  • Lower Investment
  • 5. Build-Operate-Transfer - Like all traditional outsourcing partners, Zuna offers the BOT model to its clients.

    6. Outsourcing Consulting – Most organizations that outsource are faced by daily challenges related to performance of vendors. At Zuna we want to see our clients succeed. Our consulting organization is focused on helping our clients review their current outsourcing relationships, identify gaps if any, and help with appropriate solutions to make their relationships work towards meeting their objectives. We also do due-diligence of your outsourcing vendors in an effort to improve processes and productivity in your existing / new relationships.
