Professional Services Engineer

Our client is a leader in enterprise infrastructure software. To help them meet the overwhelming demand for their products, Zuna Infotech is building a dedicated team to play a leading role in implementing this enterprise product suite for our client at their customer sites. We are seeking experienced, dynamic technical engineers to become a key member of this team.

Description:

Working closely with our clientís current team, the services engineer will be responsible for implementing our client's products at customer sites and remotely from Zuna Infotechís Indiana delivery center. This is a customer facing position, and requires excellent problem solving skills and a strong dedication to customer satisfaction. You must have proven technology skills and the demonstrated ability to pick up new technologies quickly and completely.

Key Responsibilities

• Team with consultants and solutions engineers from our client and from Zuna Infotech to implement identity management products for enterprise customers
• Install and configure products on-site at customers' sites or remotely
• Document on-site work and assist customers in initial training
• Utilize standard tools, processes and tools to ensure successful deployments
• Troubleshoot systems and resolve issues that arise during the implementation
• Represent our client professionally to their customers and act as an advocate for our clientís products and services
• This position may involve up to 50% travel

Required Experience:

• Bachelors degree in information systems or equivalent
• Prefer experience with access control products from companies such as Oracle, Tivoli, CA
• 5+ years experience in large-scale IT environments
• Direct experience in the following technologies:
• Database and related technologies, especially SQL Server and SSIS
• Active Directory/LDAP
• Information security
• Experience with one or more of XML, XSLT, ASP, Visual Basic, scripting languages
• Prefer experience with one or more of .NET, SAP, Unix/Linux

Also Helpful:

• CISSP or similar
• MCSE

Implementation Analysts - Enterprise Software

Description:

We are seeking individuals with business and technology consulting experience to provide implementation services on behalf of our client, a innovative supplier of IT Financial Management software. This position requires direct interaction with end-user customers, as well as working in partnership with our client’s implementation team. You will be responsible for assisting customers with using our client’s SaaS based product more effectively, including providing support for data loading and model development and report generation. You will also be responsible for key implementation activities with new end-user customers, working as part of the customer implementation team.

Requirements

• Support multiple, simultaneous implementation projects and end-user customers via remote configuration and development at Zuna Infotech’s delivery center in Kokomo, Indiana..
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with end-user customers and achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction
• Operational management of select customer implementations, i.e. loading new data, reviewing and validating dashboard/report outputs.
• Work as part of our client’s extended implementation team in a startup atmosphere, doing whatever it takes to get the job done
• Provide leadership and direction to other team members, and be responsible for on-going communications with our client
• Willingness to travel; travel not expected to exceed 20%
